Can you please tell me why you (Constant Contact) don't send a detailed invoice email to the person we designate as the billing person. In our case, she does not have access to the account so she has to email me every month to go in and get the detailed invoice. This seems like something very easy to do on Constant Contact's end. Is there a reason it's not done this way already?

Here's how to set up the proper billing address in your account so the applicable person can get the invoices each month. If they're not verified on your account yet, here's how to verify email addresses.
If the person is already set up, and they're still not receiving the emails, please have them check their spam folder and make sure the invoice email address is safelisted in their email program.
Thanks but our billing person is getting the billing emails just fine. It's not a detailed invoice though, which our account department requires. So I have to go into Constant Contact, retrieve the detailed invoice, then send it to her. It would be so much easier if she just got a detailed invoice in the email she gets monthly. Then she could print it out without having to log in anywhere and finish what she needs to do. It's just adding an unnecessary step.
