I apologize for any confusion this change in your billing may have caused. While we cannot go into your specific billing here in the Community, we can share some common causes for pricing to change. For instance, have you recently uploaded more contacts that bumped you over your contact level? Upgraded your account from our Email to Email Plus plan? Bought any one-time Plus campaigns (i.e. survey, event, etc.)? All of these reasons (contact levels, pricing plan, purchasing an add on) can cause your pricing to increase.
