Billing records

I download invoices and receipts from the website for our records. When I try to search by date now I get an incoherent list of transactions dating back several years with usable records for invoices and payments on separate records. It would certainly make it easier if a "paid" invoice or combined record were available. The "all activity" link was just as incoherent when searching by date. This mess needs to be fixed!

I totally understand, and would be happy to pass along this feedback. I would suggest reaching out to our billing team by phone, at 855-229-5506. They can be reached between the hours of Monday – Friday: 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET and Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET. It's possible that they might be able to pull a different record for you on their end.
