I called support about not being able to send a preview email of the campaign I created this morning. I was told it was because our account is suspended b/c of non-payment. Could you send an invoice to myself and my director of sales, Suzanne .
Hello @KarenR637. If you are logged in as an Account Owner, you should be able to see previous payments/invoices for the account. This FAQ will show you how you can see your billing activity and print invoices out, if needed.

That's a great question! You can access receipts any time within the "My Account" section of your Constant Contact account. To get there, click on the person icon on the top right-hand side of the page and select "My Account" from the drop down. On the next page, look at the bottom left-hand corner for "View Billing Activity/Statements" you can click this and select a date range to generate your reciept.

Thanks for reaching out! You can view, print or email past invoices directly from within your account. Just click the Profile Icon in the top right and select My Account. From here you'll click "View Billing Activity/Statements" on the left:
Then you'll select a time period from the drop-down menu or the calendars. Click either Email or Print and if you want Invoices or Invoices with detail. Note: you may also want to Opt In/Out of Payment Receipt Emails to make sure an invoice gets emailed to your billing contact each month.

About billing, I would like to ask you if is possible that I receive the invoices each time that one is issued.
Through the web page, I can access the “Billing Activity”, and I can easily have a list of invoices (like you can see below), but my accountant is asking me to have a document for each invoice, and not just a list of them.

Hello @ScottC838. I see that you did get in contact with our Support team and I hope that they were able to assist you. I also wanted to reply here as well in case another customer came into the Community with the same question.
You can print invoices by going to the profile icon in the top right corner of your account and going to My Account. From there, you will click on View Billing Activity/Statements and select a time frame that you are interested in. Then click on Print and select what document you would like to print.

Once you click on "View Billing Activity/Statements" and choose a period of time to view you will see an option for "Invoices."

When you're on the My Account page, click on View Billing Activity/Statements in the bottom left.
Once you're there you can use the calendar function to look at your billing activity in twelve month increments up to four years past.
I used to receive the monthly invoice in my inbox every month, out of a sudden I have stopped receiving the automated monthly billing/incoice from constant contact and I had to manually log in every month to print the bill/invoice for company claims.
It is not in my spam and I have constantly re-requested for the feature to be re-instilled for the past 4 months.
Please Look into this.
I apologize you aren't receiving your monthly invoice to your email. Checking your spam and junk folder is definitely a good place to look. If you are using a Gmail email address, I also suggest checking your Promotions Tab. With that being said, the ability to receive payment emails is something we offer. Setting up this feature can be found under your “My Account” page. This is where you can check to make sure the correct email address was chosen.
If the email address chosen in the "Opt In/Out of Payment Receipt Emails" is not the correct one, it can be chosen from the drop down of email options.
