Billing

I specifically requested that I NOT be billed for 12 months of service without first contacting me. I do not and did not want automatic billing. I am not sure I want to continue with Constant Contact. Please refund the payment. - Patricia Gilman

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that you have had this experience. You have three choices when paying for your account. You can choose between paying for 12 months of service, 6 months of service, or every month you can make a payment. I have submitted a case over to our Billing department so they can take a look. That can take 24-48 business hours to complete, if you would like a faster process please give them a call! Thanks.
