I called support about not being able to send a preview email of the campaign I created this morning. I was told it was because our account is suspended b/c of non-payment. Could you send an invoice to myself and my director of sales, Suzanne .

That is a great question! You can opt into email receipts and change the email address that those notifications go to by clicking on the little person icon on the top right-hand side of your Constant Contact account. Select “My Account” from the drop down then scroll down and on the bottom left-hand side of the page you should see “Opt In/Out of Payment Receipt Emails”. Click that to set the email address that these receipts go to.

Hello @DeepaI. I'm sorry that you have not been able to get a copy of your invoice. Were you not able to get to the page of your account that shows you how to print or email the invoice or did you not receive a copy if you did email it? If you could provide us with some more information, that would be very helpful so we can look into this further. You can either reply here or email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com.
I'm sorry that the My Account page was missing! The easiest way to get access to that My Account page is to go to the Home screen on Constant Contact (click the link in the very upper-left hand corner) and then go to the Profile icon (upper-right hand corner) and the My Account page should be there then. You can then click on Billing/Activity Statements and generate the invoices. Here is a Tutorial that shows you how to generate or email those invoices!
Like I said, in the "My Account" menu I only see "My Settings", "Plans and Pricing" and "Log Out". There is no "My Account" option in the menu.
And I'm not interested in having to log in to your website every month to find an invoice. If you won't give me a way to email it automatically every month I'll change to Every other service I use emails me an invoice every month. I can't understand why you would make me work so hard.
My apologies for any confusion. It sounds like you're already in "My Account" which is why it is not showing in the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the screen.
You certainly can opt-in to receive emails relating to your billing. Below is a picture of the My Account page and I have highlighted where you can opt in or out.
I'm not in the My Account page because there isn't one. This is what the menu looks like...
The gray menu at the top is not visible on the dashboard either. I have to click to a campaign email page to see it. There seems to be a bug with the menus.
Thank you for the screenshot. That is helpful. When I checked your account I did notice the navigation bar at the top was missing in some areas. I changed a setting for your account that now makes the navigation bar appear regardless of what page you are on. That should help a bit ,at least!
As for "My Account." I apologize for my confusion. I was able to replicate what you showed in your screen shot. However, if you click on the "Campaigns" tab in the top left and then hover over the My Account icon in the top right, "My Account" should be visible then.
If that doesn't work we can definitely do additional troubleshooting.
Thanks, the menu is working now and I can get to the billing screen.
The email is already set up to send an invoice to me but I have not recieved any invoice emails since March 2017. I've checked my spam folder and there is nothing. Are you able to check if your server sent them?
Hi @Anyware_Web_Design. I'm sorry that you haven't received invoices in a few months. It's possible that your email client is blocking certain emails coming in from Constant Contact. We send from many different IP addresses and it's possible that one of these IP addresses is being blocked. I recommend that you whitelist Constant Contact in your security program. This can certainly help with the deliverability of your emails into your inbox, including emails regarding your billing.
Hi, I use gmail and I've searched my All mail folder for anything from constantcontact.com and there is nothing since March 2017. Gmail does not delete emails so if I received it it would be there.
Are you able to check if your server sent them?
I'm sorry, we don't have a way to check to see that our servers sent them here. Can you try to send another invoice and see if you receive the new email? Once you click on "View Billing Activity/Statements" and choose a period of time to view you will see an option for "Invoices."

Welcome to Constant Contact! And to the Community! You can access your billing statements from the My Account page. I have highlighted the process in the picture below:
On the next page, once you have selected the time period of activity you want to see, it will give you the option to print it as well.
I need a receipt for charges at the time the charge is made. Currently I am provided with an invoice within maybe a week or so after you have charged my card, which is not timely enough for me to reconcile with my company.

You can get an invoice for your Constant Contact account at any time by following a few easy steps.
First log in to your account then you will need to hover over the silhouette head icon at the top right corner of your screen. Choose "My Account" from the automatic menu and this should load your account details. At the lower left side of your screen you will see a "View Billing Activity/Statements" link. This link will allow you to view billing invoices from any date and allow you to email or print them right from this screen.
You are also welcome to call our billing team and they will be happy to assist you in getting these invoices sent to your email.
