Occasional Visitor


There is no "Submit" button on the billing page. It says "by clicking submit you agree to ...etc...." but there is only a "exit" and "previous" button - there is no submit button. I have spent 30 minutes trying to figure out a way to pay, but I don't see any button allowing me to pay by credit card.
