Hi, are a seasonal business and have always suspended our account from Nov - April. Last May i paid for 6 months instead of monthly. It's my fault as I neglected to suspend the service this past Nov. I just noticed you have charged my card for 6 more months. I was told on the phone moments ago that the account would be suspended immediately, and that December's charge would be credited to my account. Please DO NOT RENEW ME for another 6 months.
