We are a small nonprofit and YOU OFFER NO HELP with billing...no discount, no suspension of fees, no chat support about billing...we don't need your resources, we known how to communicate. We need help with our bill...you are totally unethical...your concern is false. If you cared you would be helping small nonprofits by suspending fees.
