Why has our bill gone up to $73/month??

Hello @LouG09 ,

 

It looks like you've recently increased your number of contacts into the 501-2500 tier. If you don't wish to be charged at this higher tier, please reduce your contacts back to 500 or less. If you haven't sent to the higher tier yet, please contact our Billing so they can review your sendouts and confirm a manual contact tier reduction for your current billing cycle.
