I have looked it up and your app says that the "my account" area is under my name on the home page. well my name doesn't exist. I am asking for a refund. I can't even access my account. I can't believe that I can't even change my password or anything cause the button doesn't exist.

For whatever reason, there was no first name info for your account information, which resulted in that menu not being visible at all. I've added a generic bit of wording in place of the first name, so now that menu is selectable in your account. If you're still unable to see it, please logout of your account using this URL: https://login.constantcontact.com/login/logout , then log back in.
