Birthday Campaing doesn't work

Hi -

 

       My Birthday Campaign does not seem to sent any emails. Can someone look into this issue? I am not sure what I am missing

Hi Zoe - Yes, I am using the specific birthday field in the contacts.

Since the birthday email is setup to send out on the day of the contact's birthday, but wasn't actually created / published until the day of their birthday, it wouldn't have triggered. When it comes to birthday emails, they need to be done ahead of when you're wanting them to send out, otherwise the system will skip over those contacts.

 

Therefore, the contacts with a birthday of Oct 2 won't receive the birthday email if it was published on Oct 2, well after the standard sendout time of 12pm EDT and 10am list-join cutoff. Your other October birthdays should receive the email, assuming your keep it active, on their birthday as specified in its setup.
