Birthday Email

We have recently started sending birthday wishes to our clients, but today one of our client whose birthday is on 19 Dec received a birthday email. (Date mentioned by client is 19th Dec)

Please explain how to fix this issue.

Hello @AjeetV ,

It looks like one of your birth day email automation series is currently set to 14 days prior to the contact's birthday. To quickly find any automations you may have active, you can narrow the Campaign page view from All Campaigns > Automations. Since it looks like you currently have two birthday automations active (the one for 14 days ahead of time, and the other for day of), you may want to consider cancelling one of them if you're just wanting one email to be sent out to contacts.
