Black band at top covers "save", "undo" and "redo" options

Often when I'm creating or editing a campaign, the black bar across the top of the page is twice as deep as usual and completely covers the "save", "undo", "redo", "check & preview", and "continue" options (see screen shot below).  This can happen when I first open the campaign and/or when I've just saved my changes and continue to work on the campaign again.  This used to happen only occasionally but is happening now more frequently.  It's extremely annoying but, far worse, I can't trust that my changes will be saved, in spite of autosave.

I apologize that you are having this experience! I appreciate the screenshot it is very helpful! It appears you may need to zoom out of your browser window so all options in your account are available when editing. You can also try switching browsers instead for troubleshooting. Thanks!
