Bleeding edges problem

Bleeding edges problem

Hi

Could someone please advise how I can make the image bleed all the way to the edge on the left-hand side? It does the correct thing on the top and bottom (I've got the "padding" box unchecked), but no matter what options and different layout types I try, I cannot seem to get rid of this white space.

Many thanks

Re: Bleeding edges problem

Hello @Katia-G,

I took a look at your account and was unable to find that campaign. I did see a similar one with a different picture and that picture was stretched all the way across. I also took a look at your account to see if I could find that picture of the eye, in case there was extra white space that needed to be cropped out on the side, but I see that you already had a cropped version of that image, so maybe you've already figured that out. If not, please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the name of the campaign in your screenshot so that we can take a look at it for you.

Re: Bleeding edges problem

Hello Amber,

I'm having the same issue with the image bleed. Just want the [buildlings] image to go to the right edge but apparently the system won't let me do that. Is there a workaround for this? Thanks!

Hi @MaggieR214

I'm sorry to hear you too are having this experience with your images! What is the name of this campaign? Also, what email client are you viewing your email through? Once we get these details we can continue to troubleshoot. In the meantime it's important to mention we have seen cases where lines like this appear in emails viewed through Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, and Office 365. The workaround for these cases would be to match the outer background color on your campaign with the inner background color.
