I have begun sending group emails and am watching the "bounce" data. Some of the emails that the system comes up with as "bounce" are the exact correct emails. What is the solution? Thanks, Ross Hjelseth

Feel free to peruse this infographic about bounces. Depending on the contact, you may need to make sure the spelling is correct, or it may be worth reaching out to their domain to see why your emails keep bouncing for them. It may also be worth reaching out to our Deliverability team to see if they have any further insight about a specific domain or group of contacts bouncing.
