So sorry about any confusion you may be experiencing with the Bounces in your most recently sent email. I took a look at your account and it appears that there is 23 bounces. I believe when you were viewing all of the bounces, your "Display" was probably set to "Recommended for Removal" instead of "All Bounce Types". The Display sorts each bounce type into a category to make it a little easier to see who is bouncing and why they are bouncing. I hope this screen shot below helps!
