What do I do when you say the email bounced, but the recipient says their email address is working fine? Your video doesn't cover that.

Depending on the bounce, it may require action on your end or their end. I'd recommend reviewing our bounces article, and contacting our Deliverability team if you need further insight on  how to handle a specific contact.
