Hello, We've noticed a selection of our bounced contacts (bounced as other) that have received and opened previous newsletters but now currently show as bounced. Could you please explain why? Also how can we prevent this from happening? Thank you.

An "other" type bounce means that the contact's ISP or security system bounced the email back with an unrecognized code. It may be worth retrying by doing a Quicksend of the email, or seeing if there's a common element (same domain / IP, or similar physical location). If you find any common elements, or if those contacts continue bouncing, I'd recommend reaching out to our Deliverability team for specialized troubleshooting and insight.
