What do you recommend we do with bounced emails?  Many are listed as undeliverable but there are others as well.  Not sure what the best practice is.  Thanks for recommendations.

Hello @RonaldS6 ,

Any bounces we recommend for removal (non-existent, undeliverable, and suspended) can be filtered down to and wholly removed as such. If you're finding the same addresses are regularly also bouncing in categories not included in the RFR, then you'd also want to get rid of those as well. This will help keep your costs down, and allow you to focus on engaging with contacts worth engaging.

That said, you may find that some bounce categories, such as blocked and undeliverable, may be alleviated by adding email self-authentication for your account. If you'd like more info, or specialized guidance and insight on authentication, we'd recommend speaking directly with the Delivery team.
