When you go to an email's reporting page, we provide details on why contacts bounce. Some of them might be easy fixes (e.g. a simple spelling error in the domain), and some of them may be issues you'll want to check with the contact to confirm. Once you've confirmed you wish to remove and unsubscribe a bounced contact, you can do that from within that same email report. Until they're removed, bounced emails will still count as Active Contacts towards your monthly billing.
