When I review bounces some are labeled "suspended", why does that happen, and when I unsuspend why doesn't it register?

Thank you for reaching out to us on this. To find out more about Suspended bounces, and how they occur, I'd recommend checking out our article on the subject.


The reason you still see a contact reporting as 'suspended,' even after unsuspending them, is because the report itself doesn't change, since the initial sendout has already occurred. You can of course do a QuickSend to the contact after you've unsuspended them, and then check the Sent report to see if it went through.
