Please note that all email addresses that you have suspended are in fact valid addresses and only bounces when we use constant contact. You may need to revisit your Bounce policy. thank you Ezra

Hello @user00416 ,

 

Please review this article regarding suspended addresses, and how to manage them. If you're having continuous issues with valid emails getting bounced as non-existent enough by their ISPs and email systems to become suspended, please contact our Deliverability team for further troubleshooting and insight.
