I have this problem all the time. There is a missing image which is impossible to delete because I do not see it using the preview tool; however, when i receive the mail, I see the "x" which is a missing image. I guess it comes from the original template but since I do not see it while i am editing the ad, i can not delete it. I have tried to delete it using Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, Internet Explorer and the image is not showing, so it is impossible to delete. I need help. I have tried to contact tech support by chat but it seems that the service is not working (they have helped me in the past). Any suggestions? Honestly it looks horrible to receive an email with a missing image. I need to fix it. Thanks for the advice

I definitely apologize that you are running into this. I do see your chat from earlier, and you and the tech person you spoke with both confirmed that it was fixed. Is the issue still occurring?
If so, would you mind emailing us at social_support@constantcontact.com with some further details so I can bring this to our technical department again? We will need to know the name of the email campaign this is happening in, as well as what email client you are receiving this in when you see it.
