I have essentially had to resort to a browser that blocks background ads and cookies in order to successfully log into your user interface but not without long duration. It is impossible to use Edge, Explorer or Chrome to log into your lousy system. I am ready to shift to another provider of mailing software.

I was able to log in and navigate in your account with any issue in all 3 of those browsers. Have you had a chance to perform any additional connectivity troubleshooting? Please try the following steps so we can eliminate them as possibilities for your connectivity issues:

  • Does clearing your cache (not the saved passwords, just the cached images and files) alleviate the issue?
  • What browser are you using? Does using a different browser, or using Private/Incognito browsing mitigate the issue?
  • Are there any updates pending for your browser? If so, does updating it let you through?
  • Are there any browser plugins or addons you can disable? Does doing so resolve the issue?
  • Are you using a wireless, wired, or mobile network? If possible, does changing networks or resetting your router let you through?
  • Are you using any security / firewall applications (e.g. Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)? Does disabling them for our website, let you through?

If none of those alleviate the issues, could you please provide a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section? Once we have that we can do some more advanced troubleshooting as needed.

Apparently clearing the cache helped the situation and improved the interface.  To me it is telling that the the cookies or other remainder items from the site cause similar behavior in multiple browsers.  I was able to use an incognito type browser called Brave that enabled the site to work better.  It blocks ads and cross links for privacy and speed.
