We scheduled the Nov. Anniversary automation emails and selected the exact list and 'on anniversary' option. But the email was sent to '494 people' which are not in our list. As you can see in the picture below. The number of 'sent' is not correct. All of the 4 anniversary emails are not right.

PS: We don't have this issue before the update of the anniversary automation function. And we just canceled all these 4 campaigns. How can we solve this issue?

Our higher level technical team wanted to take a deeper look at this issue, and investigate further why these four particular anniversaries sent out improperly to their assigned lists. They'll be following up with you via your account's main email within the next 1-2 business days.
