Business Information Tab in Google My Business Not Working

I am setting up Google My Business but when I go to Manage Google My Business the Business Information tab does not function.  It attempts to load but I get an error message that says "Something Went Wrong".  Does anyone know what might be causing this?

No, clearing my cache and cookies did not correct the issue.  I reached out to the Website Builder team via chat.  They requested I send a video of the problem, which I did, but as of today, my problem is still not resolved.
