Can't send out an email informing my clients about my business reopening this Monday, because their lousy platform never sends me a confirmation email...Even though they already have my business email attached to my account!!! Tried calling customer "support" earlier today and it was a 30+ minute hold.
I contact customer support about this last month and the nonsense reply I got back was to contact support.
Since Constant Contact's support desk is like a screen door in a submarine, I'm hoping that someone in the user community might help me with this. Thanks in advance!
