I am trying to change the billing and account that is associated with the email. That email is not longer valid and needs to be changed to . Can you inform me how I can get that accomplished.

While logged in as the account owner, you can update the account's main address and billing address to a different one verified on the account. Once the new address has been verified and switched to, the old one will be able to be removed.
