Thanks for the Outstanding Customer Support CC gives me; the last 7 campains or so ; when I send ; I get an Immediate error message "Something went wrong with your Request please refresh and try again" of course I dont try again since it may duplicate the Campaign being sent SINCE THE FIRST TRY DOES GO OUT ; but its done in a strange way ..my VIP status and Phone call with Claire ; she suggested that I combine the 3 active lists to one..A fast Glance of this ; I don't see how to do this..and since although my data is backed up ; I want tomake sure I am doing the re-arrangement properly. I am going to send another Campaign out late this afternoon or Sunday Morning Thanks

Going through your previous chat cases, from what I understand you're concerned that trying to send a campaign again may result in multiple copies being sent to the same contacts, correct? Have you gotten feedback from customers where they state they received multiple copies of the same email? Our system is supposed to be intuitive enough to only send the one version of the email to a contact once, unless it is manually set up for an automatic Resend to Non-Openers or a Quicksend.
As far as combining lists, I'd suggest you Merge the lists, which will prompt you to create a new, separate list for the merge. This will make sure there is a single merge list, while still maintaining the original three.
