Regular Participant


EVERY time I have tried opening my Contacts database from the navigation at the top of the screen I get a blank screen. I brought this up a week ago and nothing has been fixed.

Thank you for reaching out with your query! I wanted to check in and see if this issue was resolved. If you are still having issues getting that contact page to load, can you try using another browser? Does it happen there too? Also, in your internet browser of choice, do you have any add-ons/plugins/extensions running? Sometimes those can interfere with our site, so as part of troubleshooting these sorts of issues, I would recommend disabling those add-ons one at a time, and seeing if those changes help. If these do not help and you are still experiencing issues resolving that page, let us know and we can continue to troubleshoot!
