This message is not what I want to see when I am on a business trip in China and Russia, and you have shutdown my account when I need to communicate with my members. This is very unacceptable and not what I expected when I chose Constant Contact. This is very disappointing.
At this time, I am not sure what you think the problem with with my account, but I am very careful and make sure that people that sign up for my emails want to be and I even encourage that don't want to receive our emails any more to please unsubscribe. So, what's the problem? I can't even get to my account to see anything.
I spent a good portion of the day getting two emails ready to go out and then when I finish the second one and when to schedule, I get a message that our account is under review.
I guess I will need to look for another service, because shutting down an account when the customer has no way to find out why until you are back to work. Sorry, but we work 365 days a year and at all times of the day. We are an international company and work with our members all over the world.
Not sure when I will hear back from anyone, but I hope to have this resolved soon, so I can figure out what I am going to do for my future newsletters.
