It appears your account is under review. I'd recommend calling into them directly for further assistance.


We can submit a ticket for them to call you back, but it may take up to 48 business hours for a response depending on their queue. Let us know if you'd prefer that method.

Since you're in trial still, you shouldn't need to worry about getting billed for anything.
