Es una desagradable sorpresa saber, después de trabajar por semanas, que la tienda solo puede configurarse para hacer cobros por PayPal y cobro a la entrega (para México). Esto es una gran limitación para la tienda al grado de que se vuelve inutilizable e inservible. Alguien tiene experiencia sobre como resolver este problema?

It is extremely dissapointing to find that, after weeks of work populating and configuring the store, it can only be configured with PayPal and Cash on Delivery to receive payments in Mexico. This is a huge limitation for the store making it useless and unusable. Is anyone with enough experience who can explain how to overcome this problem?

This could be due to certain card processor restrictions, or other regional and legal requirements for payment processing. Ultimately, I'd advise reaching out to Website Builder support if you have questions or concerns about available payment options for your online store.

Willian, thank you for your reply but it is not only a matter of accepting cards. What about the options of paying with deposit in bank or transfers directly to our bank? A very common of paying is making deposits directly to our account in convenience stores like Seven-Eleven, Drugstores, Walmart, etc. but your system does not allow that.

Now that I have your attention, what if I set as payment options only Cash on Delivery, then put a note in every transaction explaining that besides Cash on Delivery, the client should contact us directly with us to arrange other payment option (cash, debit/credit card, deposit, transfer, monthly payments with credit card, etc. Will this work? Can this be set in the store? This is not the optimum way to overcome the problem but it will give me the possibility to stay with you. Otherwise I will be forced to move to another company simmilar to yours to get what I need. Thank you for your help. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
