Can you please advise why the date and time of initial scheduled release would have been changed without our intervention? It has now been changed twice. Thanks

I do apologize that you are experiencing that! We are not experiencing any kind of delay, although campaigns can sometimes take up to an hour to send out. What was the original scheduled time for your campaign to send, versus the time it actually sent?
