Campaign Shows Only Last List Sent To

Hello - I sent out one campaign to multiple lists and subsequently resent that same campaign two more times (to two new lists) using the "resend" option. Constant Contact customer service advised me on how to resend so I know this was handled properly. I now need to resend the same invitation (which has been modified slightly) and it's important that I send to the same lists as before. Again, customer service advised me to copy the original email campaign, insert the modified invitation, and then resend to the same lists. Yet I do not see all the lists when I open the old email campaign. It's only showing the list that I last sent to (which was actually only 11 people). It does not show any of the other lists (there were many lists involving tens of thousands of contacts). So does "resending" erase records of previous lists "sent to"? Is there no way to retrieve this info?

Hello @BruceR28 ,

Different list selections for the "resend to new contacts" option won't be tracked - only lists selected in the original sendout. You may be able to grab the newer info based on send reporting info in the re-sent email, to help deterine what lists to include in your newest copy. However, if you're anticipating doing this kind of resending often, it's more advisable to send to all the lists you want at the same time. If you must send the emails out at separate times, then you'll want to consider just copying the email and scheduling the copies for the applicable lists when desired.
