Was the image one that you manually included, or was it one that Facebook was supposed to automatically generate from the link inserted?
If the latter, have you tried editing the post via Facebook and re-pasting the link to see if that forces the preview to show as expected?
CC generated the ad from my eBlast from last Tuesday, there is a property update at the bottom of the newsletter, all I had to do was add the text and you guys failed to included all that I was initally shown.It looked like this,
So when you were setting up the post, you'd explicitly selected that image as part of the social post setup process? Or was that the image that Facebook's API was pulling for the link preview? Our system doesn't automatically include images for social shares of emails, which is why I'm trying to get clarification. When I tested in your account, the copy of the post contained no image, and when I selected the share option for the email the Facebook link preview provided a wholly different image based on its own reading of the link.
