Campaigns menu is taking forever!

Hello! I am trying to share my screen with a representative but the page "campaigns" never came up.

I'm so sorry to hear this is the experience you've had trying to connect screens. What browser are you working in? Were you receiving any error messages? We have seen cases where 3rd party add-ons could affect how Constant Contact works in a browser. Were you able to connect in a different browser or even a private/incognito window? Testing your browser like this is always a step we suggest.
