Cannot copy or open campaigns

Hello everyone,

There was a short outage last night while our devs made changes to resolve some issues presented by older Mac devices not being able to properly access and load the site. The issues were particularly affecting those on 10.11.6 El Capitan and older OS's.

If you're still having connectivity issues access the Campaigns page, we'd advise going through the standard connectivity troubleshooting. Please call our general support if the issues persist, or if you're needing screensharing and 1:1 guidance while going through the steps.

Help! What happened to all of my campains?

I just created a new email but when I go to send nothing happens and my screen goes blank except for the Constant Contacts tabs. This is a weekly email to my customers that they expect in order to sign up for classes. Urgently need this issue resolved. I'm putting the issue here because online and phone help/support are not available as it's just after 10pm ET.

Second outage a month. Very hard to meeting deadlines with no info on hone page about what is wrong and when it will be restored. Even the utility companiess do that.

What is going on? The website will not respond ???? Also why is the text not spacing. This is the WORST site. I am going to have to switch or something else.

I go to edit a template/campaign and it's just a blank screen after I click into the campaign or hit the "edit" button in the Campaigns section of the editing tool. I tried in Chrome

What happened, my campaign is no longer visable for me to continue editing. I can't see my contacts either.
