My campaigns tab will not bring up older campaigns or allow me to create a new campaign.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening! So far, I have been unable to replicate this problem in your account. It's possible there's a connectivity issue that is impacting the experience. I recommend taking a look at the linked article and testing some of the troubleshooting steps to see if that alleviates the problem. If it doesn't, please come back and let us know!
