Can I correct a link AFTER the email is sent?

I added a link to an email and had the email set to send to non-openers 3 days later.  In between the two sends, I updated the title of the product on my site, which, I forgot, changed the URL, so now the re-send readers get an error msg.  is there any way to correct the link in the re-send? Or am I forced to send the email again to everyone?  Thanks.
