Through Constant Contact I have been sending out newsletters monthly to our 500+ employees. It was brought to my attention today that many people had only received the newsletter through their spam email folders. To resolve this problem I want to know if I can send the newsletter in segments. For example, the first 50 on the contact list and then a couple minutes later, the next 50 on the contact list and so on. I know I could manually do this, but I would like to know if there is an option for me to program this for the future.

If you do a particularly large sendout to contacts, our system does that automatically. If you're wanting to do it manually in much smaller chunks, then you'd need to set up the smaller segments / lists and just do manual resends for each subsequent one after the first.
Here are some general best practices for deliverability.
Deliverability can have a lot of variables, from elements on our side, on your side, on the recipient's side, and in their email system company's side. It's also a generally good idea to set up additional authentication for your emails - whether that's through us if you have a free domain (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.) or via self-authentication if you have your own domain (such as through a business or other organization).
