Can't change the "Sent From' email address

Can you help? I need to change '' to ''' â From:  On Behalf Of  and remove any occurances of . Would appreciate someone's help!

You'll need to make sure of two things when updating your From address:

  1. make sure the new address is verified on the account
  2. make sure your account's self-authentication is updated to accommodate the different address

Once these two aspects have been completed, the new address should be available and able to replace the older one for sending. Make sure to check the account's main email, as well as its billing email. Once the old address is replaced with a different verified address (if applicable), then you'll be able to revoke its verification for the account.
