Can't connect Wordpress to account: 404 at wpredirect.constantcontact.com

I have been trying to connect my Wordpress plugin to my Constant Contact account, following the instructions in https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/10054-WordPress-Integration-with-Co.... However at step 6, when I click to connect, it sends me to a long URL at wpredirect.constantcontact.com which shows a 404 error.

 

Am I doing something wrong, or is there an error at CC's site? When I look at the homepage for wpredirect.constantcontact.com I get errors too, so I wonder if something is misconfigured on CC's end.

Hi @StevenN9296 , 

 

I do apologize that you are running into this! I would definitely recommend reaching out to our Tier 2 technical department, as they are the experts in integration issues. They can be reached by calling our support line at 866-289-2101 between Monday - Friday: 7 am - 5 pm MT or 9 am - 7 pm ET. Let them know that you are getting an error working with the WordPress integration, and you were told to speak with Tier 2. They should be able to look into it, and get that figured out for you.
