I appologize you aren't able to view your contacts! Have you tried a different browser or a private/incognito window? Trying a different browser or a private/incognito window is a good step to troubleshoot connectivity issues that may be happening. Also, do you have a security program on your computer? If you do have a security program, and tried a different browser/window, I suggest to whitelist our website. Here is our FAQ on how to whitelist Constant Contact.
