Trying to log in and keep getting message that the user name or password are wrong. I know I am using the correct username and password and I logged in this morning OK but now I can't log in this afternoon.

This is no help at all. The password reset does not work.
Is this issue occurring on other browsers, or in Incognito / Private browsing? Did you try going through the remember username process first, to make sure that info was correct?
If you've entered an incorrect username / password combo too many times you may also be locked out of the account, which will require you to call in so we can securely assist with your login.
Also been having this issue for the past month or so. I have to clear my cache and make sure I'm not logged into a different computer before logging in every single time. It's a big hassle for non-tech-savvy users. Is this issue being worked on at all?

I certainly apologize that you are running into this. It's definitely not something that should be occurring. Does this happen every single time you log in? Does this issue occur on every device, or is it one device specifically? What browser are you using with Constant Contact?

It could potentially be an issue with your IP address being blocked, which our technical team should be able to resolve.
