I am sorry to hear about this and would be happy to help! You may need to refresh your screen by switching from your Campaigns tab to your Contacts tab and back. That may allow you to open your Campaigns. If not, please try switching browsers and giving us some additional information about what steps you are taking. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. I have done all that you suggest and now the App is telling me I don't have permission to create an email. I need a resolution FAST, as I need to send my contacts urgent information.

I currently am able to open campaigns in your account. Could you try on a desktop or different device to see if you can continue your work?
Thanks for your reply. I've tried opening the App on another desktop and an iPad. I get the message on both devices that I am 'unable to load campaigns.'
Any more suggestions?

I did some research on that error message, can you please set up an account manager managed login and see if it can log in successfully with no error message? Thank you!
