I need to send out an important time sensitive email to clients and can't open my campaigns! All I get is a message telling me when they will be closed for the holiday. This is NOT good. HELP!
I'm sorry to hear you could not open your campaigns. Our support was closed on Thursday, November 22nd, in recognition of Thanksgiving. However I took a peek at your account and can see you have recently sent out an email campaign. Did you still need assistance with any of your campaigns?
