Can't reach billing unless willing to wait "more than 30 minutes"! Unacceptable.

Welcome back to the Community! I apologize for the wait time you have been experiencing when attempting to reach our Billing team. I'd be happy to request that someone reaches out to you; although please keep in mind that we are an inbound call center so for the fastest response I do recommend trying us again. Our billing team is open from 8-8 ET Monday-Friday.
