Once every month I update my newsletter before emailing to over 5000 customers. Whenever I edit and attempt to save the edited section (tonight I started with Header Options), the clockwise-spinning "thinking" icon continues for many minutes, and finally stops with an error message "NetworkError: A network error occurred."
Last night the same problem occurred and eventually stopped me from finishing my work. Tonight the problem continues. I have a fast 300 Mbps connection (Spectrum) and everything else on the internet is working fine and fast.
What is wrong with Constant Contact's servers? What is the solution to this extremely frustrating problem?
